Theme Suggestions?

Where are theme suggestions posted? Why not make that process interactive? I don't see a whole lot going on for themes and figure maybe that would help.

For example: I see no themes that deal with fine art particularly...why not ask members to interactively vote on theme suggestions within genres so we can make it interesting?
