Why can't I upload a photo to JPG from my iPad?

Does anyone know a way to upload photos from the iPad? I see the blue 'add photo' button, but nothing happens when I click on it.

Unfortunately, the iPad's file system doesn't allow for direct uploading to JPG. You'll need to activate your mobile uploads email address and email upload your photos to your profile.
