Where can I find a free guide for pleasing Blur Technique.

    Why not just use your camera to create whatever effect is appropriate instead? Like using your depth of field properly so the subject pops out of a soft blurry background? Most of these effects are simulating just doing photography properly...

    Nik EFX and Topaz have some great effects that you can apply, but nothing beats a great photograph.

    I checked this site >I believe all of the work is a combination of a slow shutter speed 1 sec or so
    and moving the camera in a horizontal direction while shooting.This is a similar technique.
