It's so exciting and inspiring to find hip, young, & up-and-coming photographers. It's my honor to feature Anna Clem! Anna's style of work feels really calm and simple. Her work gives me a real "feel good" feeling and that might be a reason why I admire it so much. She has also done some really awesome double-exposure work, in-camera of course, that is worth checking out!

I asked Anna to share some info about herself:

Location: The Hudson Valley (NY)

My day job: Student. Still in High School actually, but I'm almost out!

My favorite camera: Definitely my Diana Clone, the Stellar. I've produced some of my best images with that baby.

My dream photo location: is only accessible while sleeping. I wish to capture the subconscious mind on film.

I found unexpected inspiration: from an old t-shirt.

The last thing I shot: Recently I have been experimenting with some expired Polaroid 600 film and am liking the results!

When I am not taking photos I am: Unwillingly learning about oceans.

I love JPG because: of how people so openly and passionately share their discoveries in the world of picture-making. I am still new here though, so I haven't yet gotten to know JPG in full.

I can't wait to: Travel!

A secret to share with fellow JPGERS: Keep an open mind. To other people's work as well as your own.
