The Classic Doppelganger

Years ago I bought a book by Mary Ellen Mark. Even back when I knew nothing about photography and nothing about what made a good photograph—it still had an impact on me. Twins have always fascinated me, probably because of the idea of the rare companionship of having a sibling who shares your exact DNA.

While Browsing through the wide range of photos on JPG I have come across some twin photos that really captivate me. The images brought me back to the images that Mary Ellen Mark took along with the very memorable image by the late Diane Arbus. Thanks to the JPGers who inspired me!
