Photography.Book.Now. Winners Announced!

Hello JPG friends and lovers, after a long weekend I'm back with some very exciting news: Photography.Book.Now winners have been announced, with a a strong showing from the JPG community! Not that I'd expect any less.

We wrote about the juried book competition a while back, but a brief reminder: we co-sponsored this project for self-published photographers along with Flickr and myphotopipe, and the competition is presented by our friends over at Blurb, who help photographers make beautiful books.

The winner of the grand prize,which includes $25,000, a trip to beautiful San Francisco for the awards ceremony is Beth Dow for her book In the Garden. JPG Member Jonathon Smith is the themed category winner for his book The Bridge Project!

Also representing the JPG love with honorable mentions - Kent Budge, Dermot Fitzsimons, Dennis Stein, Maury Gortemiller, and Ari Salomon.
