Photo Challenge: Airport
Posted by — 17 Dec 2008
For many people, the sentiment of "happy holidays" is best paired with "and happy traveling" or even better, "happy waiting in line for two hours to clear security" or, "happy paying $75 to fly home a day early because you can't stand your family that much longer."
Perhaps my views of travel during the holidays are a bit negative -- which is why I'm opting to stay here in San Francisco this year versus making the long journey to San Diego. But, whatever your plans/avoidances are for this holiday season, anyone can appreciate our new Photo Challege, Airport.
So here's your part: for this special two-week photo challenge we're asking you to keep your camera in your carry-on to capture your best airport shot a-la-issue 19's feature "Sleeping Beauties" by member Vincent Bituad. Vincent gave us the inspiration for this theme so here's a bit of his work to inspire you as well:
... and now for some great shots already submitted by your fellow JPG'ers:
