Our dogs are among the most loyal and trustworthy 'friends' we'll ever have. Seldom will you find a more reliable and ever-present companion than a fine canine.
While they come in all shapes and sizes, they engage in all manor of fun and games and they can sometimes infuriate with their antics, our dogs are a great source of inspiration for capturing amazing images.
Your entry in this Shoot Out photo contest should show any dog you find that is particularly photogenic... in their look, actions or inactions.
Perhaps your victory, here, will help you buy some great new show for that hound~!

There will be only one winner. The listed cash prize of $50 is just the starting point, and will increase with entries! So tell your friends, family, neighbors and everyone you meet to get their entries in, too!
Don't forget that you can now enter images shot by other members (and get a chance to win 15% of the prize, if that image wins - while the original photographer will win 85%) - This is a great way to give props to the work of great photogs around the site and potentially get a little reward for finding (and entering, on behalf of the submitting member) the winning image.
