Complementary Relationships: Study of the Color Wheel - Part 1

With Christmas just around the corner, we are awash in red and green holiday cheer - it's hard to miss this complementary duo in nearly every scene we encounter.  Red and green sit across from each other on the color wheel.  Of course, there are other colors on the wheel that can truly enlighten and embolden your photography.  We'll take a look at a few of these - later, in part 2 and 3. For this 1st installment, though, since red and green are synonymous with Christmas, it seemed the perfect place to start.
