Garden Photography of the Future

Posted by David Ozanich — 14 Feb 2011

JPG loves a garden so it seemed a good idea to let you know a new book of garden photography hits stores this week. "Tomorrow's Garden: Design and Inspiration for a New Age of Sustainable Gardening" features photography and thoughtful commentary by Stephen Orr, the gardening editorial director for Martha Stewart Living magazine. The book features beautiful shots of the gardens of the future. As the publisher notes:

With detailed case studies, stunning photographs, and an appendix of resources and information to help gardeners achieve their ecological best, Tomorrow's Garden will teach you the true definition of sustainability and show you how to create beauty without excess in the 21st century and beyond.

You can meet the author and get a signed copy of the book tomorrow night at New York's Upper East Side Barnes & Noble. Information here. You can see more preview images from Stephen Orr's book at his blog What Were the Skies Like.
