Dima Asfour
Like many Palestinians I was obligated to move around from country to country, I moved to find a homeland. As a Palestinian and a female Arab, I was constantly trying to prove myself. Society, family, art, friends are all apart of my existence. I approach life through the lens of viewers via my personal experience where boundaries do not exist. My photographs translate a world of struggle yet a world of hope shared with randomness to capture what a Palestinian women’s courage looks like.
