I'm a photographer in NYC. Throughout my life I’ve had so much difficulty understanding the behavior of people. I am incessantly astonished at how dichotomously they act: on one hand they’re generous, helpful and compassionate, while on the other they’re foul, irrational, and careless. Why do they act this way? What’s underneath the meaning of it all? I don’t know whether my photography can answer any of my questions, but I’m attempting to illustrate these huge contradictions.
