I am a beginner. I have been having the 400D for 4 months.
Even so, not having notions of photography, and without understanding my camera (the manual is in all languages less the one that I understand), I have kept on "making", but without knowing what I make.
With the help of a friend, already I know for where to start, it is only now to start! Any piece of advice or comment will be grateful, even though for the time being I do not know even the basic concepts!
