Residing in Hilo, Hawaii, I make my living there as a pilot for an air ambulance company. I'm a native of San Luis Obispo, California and lived for most of the 1990s in western Alaska-- piloting airplanes, of course. I've had a camera with me most of the time since about the age of ten. My primary focus is aerial landscape from my California-based '47 Luscombe 8E. Of late I've been using a Canon EOS 5D and a pair of L-Series lenses; a 20D, Pentax 67 & Bronica SQAi in the recent past.
