A photo opportunity appeared at my school my freshman year (more or less, it WAS there); a film photography class. I used my father's Canon AE-1 and his 50mm F/1.8 FD, and I learned the technical aspects of photography: aperture, film, developing, printing, etc. I'm still learning!
Then I got a D40. I want more lenses!
