I am Andy Rabsatt, I was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the states back in 1991. Since then I joined the military and while in I acquired my degree in IT web and graphic design. Currently I am pursuing professional photography from the New York Institute of Photography as a venue to increase my quality of work as a web designer and as a person.
