I've taken pictures pretty much my whole life (although I didn't take it that seriously the past ten or twelve years).
My 50th birthday, and the resulting mid-life crisis, apparently jump-started my creative urges. As well as photography, I'm also a writer -- expecting to knock out my first novel by year's end.
I like working with film best. There's something deliciously inefficient about an old roll film camera. I do digital too, when I'm very impatient (about half the time these days).
