Elaine Ramos is just one of probably thousands of other Elaine Ramos-es that are currently in existence. She turned 21 this year, which means she is not prohibited from casinos in the Philippines. She is hopefully on her last semester in Ateneo de Manila University as a BS Electronics and Communications Engineering student. Before her father "suggested" taking ECE as her course, she did not know that such a thing existed. She wants to be a photographer.
