Tom Steenhuysen
The Start+Stop of my "career"
I took a one-day masters class in 1992 in Liverpool and set out to shoot my masterpiece. I walked in wonderment and shot the most beautiful harbor scenes, rusted cranes, and stark images of shards in a crystal clear pool. 4 rolls of 24 later, I learned that ISO1000 meant that all my shots were pitch black.
Those shots are still clearly etched in my mind, like each shot I make today.
I thought I was a photographer ... now I am starting to feel like one again. :)
