M. Kimo Friese here, currently living in Long Beach, CA. Went digital in April 2007. Industrial/waterfront landscapes along with architecture have been primary subjects and I've spent the last 4 years documenting Pier 300, Port of Los Angeles. I was with a gallery in Long Beach, and now freelance. Spent August 2007 as an Artist in Residence in Rotterdam, NL documenting the city with fellow photographer Matthew Graner (as Dangerous Americans)--currently part of exhibit at IFAC, Irvine, CA.
