Originally from the The Bahamas, Winston studied Photography at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and the New York Institute of Photography. After almost two decades in the Bahamas Diplomatic Service, he retired as Consul General. He refers to himself as a Generalist, but has a passion for Nature Photography. A broadcast journalist and former news editor for television & radio (Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas), he is an alumnus of Catholic University, DC.,
