I am an old camera guy. I like taking pictures with old oddball cameras. I have special fondness for classic cameras from the 1930's. My current favorite camera is a Zeiss Ikon Contax I(e), c.1934.

In a former life I was a progressive bluegrass guitarist and singer in the Washington DC folk-bluegrass scene c.1973-1985.

I volunteer with a dog rescue group in the DC suburbs (Maryland).

Most of my dog photos are taken with classic Nikkor lenses from the early 1960's on a Pentax DSLR.
