Giampaolo Squarcina

has been a member since Oct 2008 and goes by squarcina.

I am italian, I was born in 1970 in Turin and I still live there. I am a Bachelor of Arts and got also a Ph.D in Romance Philology. I work as teacher. So, I'm not a pro and I'm self taught in photography. I started shooting in the early '90s with an Exakta TL 500, then I dropped down taking photos until, October 2007, I could buy myself a Nikon D40. Nowadays I also shoot with a Nikon D200 and a Leica D-Lux 2.
