I am a biologist continuing with a graduate education at UBC. I'm studying many aspects of edible seaweed and its use in BC aboriginal food, social, ceremonial, and medicinal practices.

I got my first camera at 14 and I'm self taught. I entered my first juried show this year (www.photosalon.ca) and won best in show. I've shown several times in group shows at Artworks on Gabriola Island & I have a flickr site (www.flickr.com/photos/pe
