Batman was pulled over -- for improper license plates, it seems.  As posted on the Montgomery County, Md.

  It's good to see the police acting reasonable for once. I'll bet there are more good cops then bad, but the bad ones really do ruin it for all the others by acting dumb and being unreasonable.
