I arrived in Tampa Sunday afternoon with the threat of a tropical storm plowing a path behind me, threatening to turn into a hurricane. At this time, Isaac is still a tropical storm and has veered into the Gulf of Mexico where it may possibly turn into a hurricane before striking New Orleans. So maybe God is a republican, after all.
