Unconventional Burger Re-Do

This is my usual burger found once a week at Chez Nathalie (my house):

Grilled turkey burger, melted grated parmesean, sauteed mushrooms, fresh sliced avocado, roasted red peppers and red pepper hummus on lightly grilled Kalamata Olive bread.

    My wife and 2 girls are absolutely paranoid about what they eat... this will appeal. While I'd rather the red meat, I will consume this fabulous photo!! NICE job, Natalie, in 3 ways-- in the kitchen, behind the viewfinder and on the computer!!
