Personally, this shot really means a lot to me. I was kind of emotional at the time when I took it, and I hope the meaning and thought is somehow reflected in the image. This was also quite a difficult shot to take because this area was quite busy and I had to wait around for almost an hour for just the right moment to set up the self timer and take the shot with no one else in the frame. I thought taking in IR was just too perfect to pass up.

Thanks Susan... yeah at the time I was going through sort of a hard time so visualizing going to the new phase/ a new beginning was very therapeutic to me. Glad you liked the shot!

So perfect, So artistic, well done on this. I wonder if you had to take many, a bit difficult with self timer self portraits, especially when you want to be in the centre of a frame like this.
