I too like the rich blue -- as well as the diffuse lighting effects on the lamps and water. Are they your footprints?

Actually Foggerty, I didn't notice the footprints while shooting. I showed this photograph to a friend, and she pointed them out to me.
Someone actually passed in front of me while I was composing this shot. -
