These are my Grandparents. They met in the Army. They had my father, he aided in having me....and here I am. Without them, I would not be...so they are DEFINITELY my hero's, and I miss them so....

Great photo for the theme----you should be proud of them--even though they served their nation in a dark hour, when they came home--I am sure their sacrifce was not appreciated by the greater society----such a sad comment on our culture---but now we can move beyond that and your grandparents can take their rightful place as the heros they were for having served in their time as part of "The Greatest Generation." This is a moving entry!
