Apple pie ready for the oven. This is the most requested dish when I ask what I can bring.

The recipe is Crisco's "Irresistible Apple Pie" recipe and can be found on the web. I have tweaked it to include Crisco's butter-flavored shortening vs. the regular. I also embed more butter chunks than the recipe calls for, and I add more nutmeg and cinnamon than what is called for.
