I hated my childhood. I am so proud to be able to have 4 happy kids who love their lives (except for the occasional teen power struggle) This is my oldest on her sweet 16. As a kid I never had a party for any year, so I made sure to celebrate at least the major landmarks with my kids no matter how tight a budget. My soon to be sister in law made the cake and one of my daughter's friends brought that rock band game and another one brought a guitar game. We had over 20 kids here of all ages and all ESPECIALLY the birthday girl had a great time and talked about it for months. I think the party as a whole cost about $15.00 the biggest expense being pop and you would think I gave her the world. I was very proud and still am.
