Star Board
Bringing light and life to this vessel for one final night.
The boat had washed ashore during a powerfull windstorm on BC's coast in winter. It was never claimed and eventually was smashed into smaller and smaller pieces by succesive storms until all evidence of it's existance was gone.
I shot this at night on Velvia 50 slide film with a Pentax 645 medium format camera. Various gels and a powerful flashlight were used to light the scene. Exposure time was about 7minutes.
In the story Analogue Nights.
