I Like Good Food!
Dave Mathews said (& sang) it plain & simple, "I like food, but what I like is good, healthy sustainable food." Matthews explained the increasingly important role consumers & family farmers are playing in sustainability & saving the planet. In my personal efforts for a healthy diet, I choose to eat the freshest foods I can find, locally grown by nutritious & sustainable methods.
