joe.
this is joe. i met him when he popped in to the studio where i work, asking if we'd take a picture of his 3-foot crucifix. my boss said "you have to go shoot joe"- so i went to his house for an hour or so.
he is a korean war veteran, eager to tell tales of his tour. he adores vanna white - never misses an episode. he's also a retired truck driver.
he'll tell you that marilyn monroe was the most beautiful woman to ever exist... and he should know, he met her.
his pride is his family.

Joe is joy. Terrific portrait. By just looking at him, you must guess that he's got a lot to say about life. The tatoo is half the story.
