Shot during a wedding I was photographing though you would never guess. Captured using my Nikon D200 and my 18-200mm lens. Effect was made while zooming with the shutter open.
I'm pretty happy with my results.

Is this done with zooming a lens with the shutter open? Have tried that, but it didn't come out like yours.
