Having difficulty finding modestly priced accommodations, I found myself in a seedy section of the harbor, and found this floating dormitory. I decided to resume hunting for 3Star hotels after I examined the quarters. Small as a submarine, what finally discouraged me was the public bathroom, which even The Lonely Planet Guidebook would ignore. It wasn't that cheap either.
