Cut down in the prime of its life, the tree fell to the ground, no match for hurricane Ike. Beside the mighty tree was a cluster of leaves that lay beside the trunk of the fallen tree. I felt that it deserved some honor, some dignity in its death. So with loving tender hands cupped around the cluster, it was held up to the light to shine once more.

This is a really nice entry! Making the leaves into a sort of bouquet is a great concept, and I really enjoyed your caption.
