Q: Where can I find a free guide for pleasing Blur Technique.

A: Do you know?

This poor girl has had a tough life; her water bowl is a used mop bucket, she is enclosed in a six by six cage, she is secured by a chain that outweighs her by quite a bit, and her only relief from the summer heat has been to dig into the ground and lay in holes.

She growls at me the entire time that I make deliveries next door.

I believe that one of the cruelest things in the world is a dog on a chain. With the world constantly out of reach they often become quite violent out of frustration.

Some people should not be allowed to own pets. This poor girl also gave to a litter of pups that were taken to the middle of nowhere and dropped off.

Sad photo. One of my neighbors has a boxer they leave tied outside all day with little shade and nothing to occupy him but barking at anyone who passes. He always knocks his water bowl over with his chain soon after they leave. I feel bad for him, and though I've tried to win his trust by tossing him biscuits, he won't let me near enough to refill his bowl.
You're absolutely right - some folks shouldn't own pets!
