As a young boy I used to look at the newspaper with my dad. I would like to save important newspapers or ones I liked. After breakfast I would go put them in my closet in a box. Come to find out my Dad had been saving newspapers as well, but had never told me. That smile he gave me everytime I took the newspaper in my room makes funny sense now. As my grandma approaches 99 years old just years ago she passed onto me what seems like a gene in our family, a box of saved newspapers that she collected growing up. I'm not some big collector or anything, just everytime I see these it reminds me of my grandma and how she kept each one of these front pages and special edition newspapers with her all these years, means a lot to me. These are just some of them, I couldn't fit them all into 1 picture, but I think you get the point.
