Shooting in the pit of a stage, concert lighting is often changing and I'm sometimes left in the dark. For this shot I simply held up the camera while visibility was extremely minimal and my settings were obviously a bit off. As luck would have it, everything lit up in a burst of color just as I snapped the shutter release and he jumped.
