This is my dog, he's an American Pit Bull. Of all the dogs i've had, i love this one the most. The kindest dog anywhere. They really get a bad rap and they don't deserve it. Its seems now-a-days that everyone has this fear of them that is really uncalled for. I mean just look at him!

my take on your message is the adage "poke a cat enough times and it will scratch you" is appropriate...some "cats" have bigger claws....either way, the animal is only reacting to our abuse...so there I say.
