The building with the graffiti-art style sign is a drop in centre for people in the east end of Glasgow, offering support as well as practical advice and services to help people in this area. This part of Glasgow is well known for its deprivation and high crime problem. The Phoenix van is part of a police project to try and build better relations between the public and the police, and provides access to PCs and advice to help people make better choices in their lives.
