Voting On the Spin Cycle
Instead of waiting for a private voting booth at this Laundromat, some voters like Elizabeth Carroll, middle, and Rod Mesa, left opted to fill out their ballots on top of washing machines. Mesa, however, had to pause momentarily so that Nadezhda Misyuk, right, could add soap to her laundry.
