Your skies are awesome! Clouds above seem to mirror the same congestion of the city below. As a viewer, I really connect with the lone cactus and spot of green in the corner. It's very grounding, like a refuge from a lot of turmoil. Great feeling in this photo Stephen.

Steve, this is INCREDIBLY fantastic!! The light falling into the fabulously shaped clouds is amazing. The cactus would be superb alone, but makes such a fine border! The city sprawls so well beneath the distant mountains, too... You'd be foolish not to attempt to sell this! Try the Tuscon CofC for starters!!
