Often a photograph is so thought and emotion provoking that it stays forever etched in your mind. Life's "100 Photographs That Changed the World" is full of those kind of images. The photographs in this book brought the horrors of war into our homes. They have brought awareness of starvation to our kitchen tables. The struggle for civil rights are displayed in our livingrooms. By bringing this awareness into our homes, change was made possible. They have brought about riots, sit ins, new laws, and compassion for our neighbors. My dream is to take that special photo one day. That photo that makes the world wake up and say, "This is not acceptable. What can I do to make a change?"
