Latin, which roughly translated means: "If they don't want to eat, let them drink".
Don't we all dream of a world this lush? So pure, yet so full of life? I do. This is right in the middle of the city, (Portland, OR,) and while it is a bit greener than many places, if this can be found in an urban setting, we can surely achieve this elsewhere.
