I am not sure that is a military barrier. These concrete units are commonly used all over he world as shoreline protection to break storm waves...but great pic nonetheless

Thank you everyone...this is such a surprise! And these "Giant Jacks" (I love that) seperated me from a part of the beach being guarded by Korean military. Sorry, I should have clarified, to me that's a barrier! You couldn't even climb them! :( But thank you so much, this is so awesome!
