This is my mom. We recently spent the Thanksgiving week in NYC, saw the Parade, Phantom, the Rockettes, and a whole bunch of other New York stuff and just had a blast. It was just her and I - something we've never done before - "just us girls". We had so much fun. This image was shot right outside the New York Palace Hotel, and Mom was looking up at the top of the Christmas tree that was in the courtyard outside of the Hotel. Not sure particularly why, but I just love this shot of her.... :)
