My father loved this chair. He could sleep for hours in it.....although he would always say he was just resting his eyes. I don't sit in it much, but when I do a feeling of peace comes over me. It's not just a chair it's a time machine. I can close my eyes and smell cigar smoke and Aqua Velva. I can hear pots and pans clanking in the kitchen. My mothers sweet voice singing. I see my father asleep in his chair....and my world is righted for a moment.
